This website presents the menu and contains no form. It only stores your choices (Google map consent, animations) in your browser’s local storage. Takeaway orders are placed on an external service, which processes the data needed for the order.
3. Purposes
Showing the Google Maps map if you accept it; remembering your preferences; processing and preparing takeaway orders placed on the ordering service.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Showing the Google Maps map is based on your consent. Order processing is based on performance of the sales contract.
5. Retention period
The consent choice is valid for six months. Preferences remain in local storage until replaced or until the site data is cleared. Order data is kept as long as needed to process the order and meet legal obligations.
6. Recipients
OKO (BAD PARTNERS) acts as technical provider. Google receives map requests if you accept the map. Delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo) apply their own privacy policies.
